We use only fresh, locally roasted beans and we grind them right before brewing each drink. When you care about coffee flavor, this is the only way to do it. We will use one of our own exceptional roasters or yours.

We use 2% milk for our drinks and always bring a lactose-free option. If you would like another alternative, please let us know.

Please make sure we can start setting up a minimum of 1-2 hours before we are scheduled to start serving and please make sure we will be stationed near adequate electrical outlets (dependent upon volume and types of drinks requested).

If there is a contact person at the venue we should speak to directly, please provide the contact information.

Package includes:

• Condiments – sugar, sweetener, milk, cream, stir sticks, napkins, etc.
• A dedicated barista with authentic, traditional equipment and skills
• Unlimited drinks within this package for all guests using paper cups

Function Requirements
To ensure the success of your function, all event requirements including set-up details and any color preferences for barista attire or other special requests must be received by the catering office at least three (3) weeks prior to the date of the function. If the number of guests attending becomes greater than quoted, we require the new number of guests attending at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the function and this may result in further charges.

Cancellation Policy
Once signed, this agreement becomes a binding contract and a cancellation fee will apply at the discretion of Coffee With Friends. Cancellation fee to be no higher than 15% if cancelled before 30 days prior to the event date and no higher than 50% if cancelled before 15 days prior to the event date. No refund will be possible if cancelling within 15 days of the event date.
